This site was conceived after attempting to find the chain slack measurements for my motorbike. The information is avaliable elsewhere online but it took a while to find and check that the information was correct.
One of the main problems I encountered was that attempting to search for a bike make and model does not really help as on forums people use signatures containing all their bikes. For example the top hit on google for 'Suzuki GSF600 chain slack' is a forum for a GSXR750.
As mentioned, the information is available if you look for it, but having it here in an easily readable format seemed like a nice idea.
Obviously motorbike maintenance is very important making sure everything is in correct order is a step in the right direction to a safe ride.
I've listed some key details which I believe are useful to regular maintenance, if you think something is missing get in contact.
I've been populating the details mainly from Haines and owners manuals to make sure the information provided is correct and linking to the source of the information.
